From Crosswords to Comics
You know what my ultimate dream is? It's to finish one of the daily crossword puzzles without the aid of internet. I'll be happy if I get through Monday's puzzle. But I'm not here to talk about puzzles.
When I go through the comics (after slaughtering the crossword puzzle), I first stop by my favorites. Garfield? No. FoxTrot? No. Calvin and Hobbes? No. Try JUDGE PARKER. It's so gripping--GRIPPING, I say! The action, adventure, and romance that go on in those THREE frames leave me speechless. Utterly SPEECHLESS. Never read Judge Parker? Here's something to whet your appetite:

Now tell me that doesn't move you to the point of tears. WHOPPP!
Weird thing. I've seen more PESH (my senior high) people since I've moved here than I have in the past 4 years. Plano! Plano! ... East! East!

If you haven't heard already (and shame on you if you haven't), Conan will be replacing Leno in 2005. Now, this makes me a little sad b/c I know his matterial's going to be changing. He can't waste time pulling a lever to show "Walker Texas Ranger" clips (and who doesn't love Walker?). I also want to add that I'm in the running to replace Max Weinberg as drummer and sidekick.
My parents and Kimmy are coming to visit tomorrow!!!! Wooooohoooooooooo (:
WHOPPP!

You're the second young person i know hooked on crossword puzzles... given such intellectual stimulation, it's no wonder you read judge parker (???).
BTW, i think my other friend, who does crossword puzzles never uses the internet. I think she's only ever completed one puzzle... still impressive, i suppose...

diamonds If the question is asked, what are the most intelligent and all-round-capable things on earth, the answer is obvious: human beings. Everyone knows this, except certain religious people. A person is certainly a believer in some religion if he thinks, for example, that there are on earth millions of invisible and immortal nonhuman beings which are far more intelligent and capable than we are. But that is exactly what sociobiologists do think, about genes. Sociobiology, then, is a religion: one which has genes as its gods.
