It's 2006
OK. So maaaaaybe I watched a little of Skating with Celebrities--but I vow never to watch it again! NEVER! NEVERRR! Unless, say, it starts getting better....NEVER!
2006 is here! And with it comes new challenges and obstacles. So, I bring you my 2006 Things-I-Want-To-Accomplish-But-I- Won't-Call-Them-Resolutions-Because-No-One-Keeps-Their-Resolutions List:
(1) Knit something complicated--like a sweater. No more scarves (or "coasters" as I like to call the unfinished ones). How kool (yeah, that's kool with a K) would it be to walk around and be like, "yeah, I MADE this sweater with my BARE HANDS!" ....and $50s-worth of material --but that's besides the point.
(2) Do my QTs consistently. HELLO?...how is it that I become magically tired whenever I look at my devotional book? Devil get away from meeeeeeee
(3) Cheer for the STARS on their road to the Stanley Cup Finals. This one's easy heeheeeee! (<--oh, you betcha those are giggles) Modano, Letinten, and Zubov may be old, but they still kick arrrssshhh. Yee-haw!
(4) Save money. Hear me now: I'm going to transform into a scrooge. JenMun, hows about a "coaster" for your bday gift? More trips to Costco for free lunches (<-- samples come in generous portions).
(5) Read more.....you know, the IMPORTANT, non-BRAIN-ROTTING stuff. Which country is Brangelina adopting from this month? I dunno, but I can find that answer in this week's US Weekly--file under "current events--world news" please, thanks.
I think that's good enough for now. Oh, in other news, i'll be moving in a month. New roomies include "I know every Asian Christian in the World" Jennifer Mun and "Dchoi, what're you do'in?" Jeanne Choi. Help us move please (:
Oh, and another thing. Baby Blue's in the car hospital right now b/c concrete columns appear out of nowhere in parking garages. Get well soon, dear.
