And then I talk about about my phone
Big news: I will be crossing off one of my "Things to do before I die and meet my Lord and Savior" List this wednesday. Because I like to play games, I will give you a hint.

Ahh yes, I see you nodding (: ...
...off to sleep. Please do not mock my blog entries.
Make sure to wake up before 12:35/11:35 central (after your local evening news). Pictures to follow. My 10 lb, shoebox-sized camera will be doing some work Wednesday. I remember back in the day when people would ask to see my cool 3.2 mpx camera ("WHAT EVER in the world do you do with ALL 3.2 megs?!"). How quickly people's admiration turn to disgust ("Oh yeah, I had that camera...waaaay back in the day."). [Minus Aaron - my camera feels your love.]
And then there's my cell phone...which I keep near and dear to my heart b/c I got it from my friends for my 21st bday. I won't bother going into detail about its condition--chances are you've seen it and asked why it has a rubber band wrapped around it. Every once in a while I open my poor Sanyo SCP-5300 (located in the "Archives" section of Sprint website) and say to it, "Hey there buddy! Remember the days when I actually cared when I dropped you on cement?"
Pieces fly off and he refuses to quit. What a fighter. I know things are bad when people start to ask if they can exchange my phone for me. SIGH! (and yes I SAID the word "sigh" but didn't physically sigh at all) it's hard to part with.
I've really gone off on a tangent, so I'll come full-circle and say, "keep cool mah babies!"

Circle Towers
Break out the humidifiers and put on your heavy winter coat! I have moved to Fairfax Circle Towers. Jeanne and I have burned enough candles to rival the local temple--Curry and Jasmine rice are no match for our wax.
Not to knock on my new home (because apartmentratings.com has already done that), but I kinda sorta fear for my life when I walk from the parking lot to the building. Ha.ha.ha. Mom, Dad, i'm kidding.... Remember to "walk briskly."
One of the fantasmic things about our new place is that the living room and dining room are separate. But actually I'm not sure that makes much of a difference b/c I don't foresee anyone actually stepping into the dining room (unless going from the kitchen to the living room).
Cable comes on Weds, tea parties to follow. (:

Welcome to my Tea Party
Ahh yes, so now I know ;)
Crumpet
A round, soft yeast bread, much like one half of an English muffin in appearance and taste, that is made from a prepared batter. The batter is poured into a mold on a griddle and cooked to a brown smooth surface on the bottom while the top surface settles to become rough and filled with open holes. This traditional British bread is always served heated or toasted, topped with butter, jam, jelly, or cream cheese. The rough texture allows the surface to absorb and hold any spreadable topping added to the crumpet.

And now all I need are teacups and my porcelain dolls to whom I can ask in an accurate British accent, "one lump or two?"
...and maybe a frilly apron?
